happy may, everyone.

i promised barb that i'd post the cheesecake recipe i've been raving about, so here it is. i made it for a co-worker's farewell reception and it was a huge hit. everyone now knows me as the girl who brings good food to functions. this week is nurses' week, and i'm planning on bringing 31 brownie cupcakes that spell out "we love our cancer screening nurses!". the other clerical staff thinks i'm nuts, but it's easy and tasty.

i just watched primer, and now my brain hurts.

for anyone who's been watching lost religiously; i'm very excited to see where all of this goes. i really like miles and faraday, and desperately want to learn more about their characters. i think its interesting that many lost theories closely resemble the principles laid out in primer...

a girl i worked with is getting married this weekend. two of my friends and i are driving to illinois for the wedding, and i'm sure much hilarity will ensue.

i'm going to make a sandwich.
